Huize Hölterhof has a special history. It was build in 1913 by textilemaker Gijs Jannink who wanted house for the summer. During the second world war the building was occupied by the germans and bombed by the allied forces. The country house however kept undamaged. In 1960 the building was used as holiday and conference center but ceased over time. After a rebuilding it is now a hotel with a wellness department. Authentic details were kept such as the orginal bar, pavement and chimney.
